there is a cure for cancer!!!!!

I dont know if everyone knows this but we have a prevention/cure for cancer. There are sites dedicated to it. The bible says that when we eat the fruit we are supposed to eat the seeds as well. I have found this to be a great evangelical opportunity. I often explain to people the cure and how the bible explains to us how we should eat. I tell them that God didn't create everything for no reason. This will often times prove the word of God. More often this will lead into a greater conversation on the things of God. Please read these two sites and tell everyone as much as you can. This is God's plan. Not every healing has to be spiritual. God has done all he can for us. Preach this because the times are getting worse. Jesus come soon.http://www.laetrile.com.au/copy.asp?sect=q2&page=foods http://www.worldwithoutcancer.org.uk/ralphmoss.html

I looked into this a couple years ago-- And believed it for a while. While I am pro "alternative medicine" in the sense of eating balanced and healthy, exercize, taking vitamins, natural antibiotics, etc...I don't buy into this. It's not as simple as you make it sound.First of all, the verse in Genesis you are referring to is not neccesarily saying to eat the seed with fruit. IMO it's a fault of the king james translation. Hope I didn't just tip over some sacred cows! ;-)Secondly, all physicians, and also most alternative medicine journalists will tell you the same thing: The cyanide within the seeds of apples and apricots is poisonous, even deadly. This is why it works, the cyanide will destroy cancer. But keep in mind the cyanide will also destroy good cells.Laetrile when administered properly can be effective, but it's not so simple as just eating a seed-- it needs to be injected into the proper place.Lastly, the reasoning I find is very flawed. People will often reffer to the "Hunza" tribe, and how they have long age averaging over 100-- which is true. They will then tell you that Hunza's never have cancer. They then will attribute this to the fact that Hunza's eat apricot seeds. So, apricot seeds must prevent cancer-- Right?Wrong. By that reasoning, one could also say that since Hunza's don't get cancer because they drink special water. Or because they don't use public restrooms. Or because... Just name something in their life, show they live long, and attribute it to that quality-- This is exactly how people advocate eating apricot seeds. The Hunza's have a very strict low callorie diet. This, in my opinion, is why they have a long life span.I'm no expert. Do the research and find out for yourself. But the way you make it sound is oversimplified.I'm not trying to rain on your parade either, friend. Don't get me wrong. I'm sure you have the best intentions. =)God bless ya,Adam

Just some of my observations on this subject;I heard about laetrile from Kent Hovind's seminar, and read the account of Jason Vale that Hovind talks about. Vale's testimony is that he had terminal cancer, and then beat it with apricot seeds. He then started selling apricots seeds as cancer-curing and was raided by the FDA. Vale is apparently now serving in prison for refusing to stop selling the seeds as cancer-curing:http://www.seedoffaith.com/While Vale's story doesn't validate the power of the seeds, it certainly does add weight to the argument. I have eaten apricot seeds, and the like, and think that it is probably healthy, and possibly can cure some cancers in certain cases. I do lean toward the idea that the food we choose to eat and /or the lack of nutrition in our food, can cause certain types of cancer. I have been told that if you are a sprinter or weight-lifter, the fastest way to get your muscles to recover is to eat bananas or kiwi. I find it interesting that both of these fruits are packed with seeds that you end up eating when you eat the fruit. While this is a far cry from killing cancer, this is another tip of the scale that leans me toward the Bible being correct in prescibing seeds as food. So I can't bring anything conclusive to the table on the subject, I side with the seed-eaters. I will believe what the Bible says until I see conclusive proof to disprove what was written. Hovind claims that zoo animals get cancer, but animals in the wild do not. I would like to hear someone talk on that who has authority.combat said "it's a fault of the king james translation"combat,How does the kjv differ from other versions with the issue of seeds being food? I am not seeing a different statement being made by any version. Are you referring to the NIV saying "seed-bearing plant" vs "herb bearing/yielding seed?" ASV And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb yielding seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for foodNAS Then God said, "Behold, I have given you every plant yielding seed that is on the surface of all the earth, and every tree which has fruit yielding seed; it shall be food for youNIV Then God said, "I give you every seed-bearing plant on the face of the whole earth and every tree that has fruit with seed in it. They will be yours for food."WEB Behold, I have given you every herb yielding seed, which is on the surface of all the earth, and every tree, which bears fruit yielding seed. It will be your food. Please explain.

Chuck, If this is not so simple then why would the FDA ban all b17 products from the shelves? Why would they hound all these people who are promoting b17 and try to shut them down? Because the FDA doesn't want to tell you that cancer is a metabolic disease. It is caused by a deficiency in the human body. I don't know much about why these certain tribes live long but i know this one thing, that the peoples testimonies on cancer and their b17 treatments are astounding. There might be more to it, but I know that's something the gov't doesn't want you to know. check out the sites i gave, I found them to be really helpful.

The FDA banned laetrile because it is cyanide. And because the FDA is a political organization that loves money.Anything natural cannot be patented. Therefore, they lose money when people start looking to alternative approaches to cancer. They banned it because they feared it could have really been a cure.Imagine this-- the FDA has spent billions and billions of dollars "searching for a cure". And then here comes along a small group of people who say you can "cure cancer" from a seed-- that cannot be patented. All of the sudden the entire cancer industry goes down the toilet. Millions of cancer doctors and "researchers" lose their jobs. Donations to end cancer stop coming in. Because the public is taking a miracle seed that solves all their problems.Unfortunately, laetrile is cyanide and it is potentially dangerous. It's good, but there are many other better agents that can be used to kill cancer. I recomend checking out a guy named Bill Sardi. billsardi.com -- He's an alternative health journalist, and he has Kent Hovinds stamp of approval by the way.You know what, if it's as simple as a seed-- I'm all for it. I don't even like the FDA. And it's not just laetrile they are against-- They are against scientifically proven alternative medicines. Vitamin C, for example. High dose of vitamin C taken through-out the day has been proven to reduce cataracts by 80%, prevent cancer and heart disease, and many other health benefits. Now the FDA wants to cap vitamin C to very small doses, making it difficult to obtain in large quantities.Anything that potentially can cause the FDA to lose money they will oppose. "The love of money is a root of all evil" says the Scriptures.Beware of the many conspiracy sites on the internet, it's a trap. Soon you will become more interested in conspiracies than the Bible! Not only that, but going around sounding like a quack and a conspiracy nut really will damage your witness. We Americans face a much larger and more difficult problem at the moment. We are facing a spiritual cancer. Our Lord did not say go into all the world and preach the gospel of "vitamin B17"!Paul determined to know nothing when he preached but Christ and Him crucified! He spoke in weakness and fear and much trembling. In my experience, these type of things just end up eating more time than they are worth.Cancer is not caused by simply not eating seeds! Cancer is proven to be caused by SEVERAL different things. Bad diets, lack of exercize, stress, various chemical exposures, hereditary, etc...For this reason, I would suggest a cancer remedy along these lines:Lots of rest.Eat balanced and healthy.Avoid fake breads and junk food at all costs.Eat balanced, and LOTS of green vegetables and fruits.Exercize regularly.Cast your cares upon the Lord, be not worried (Stress is a major factor in human wellness)."A merry heart is good medicine" says the Scripture.I would suggest also taking a good ammount of vitamins that are proven to play an important role in wellness:3000MG of Vitamin C per day(spaced out in 500MG every 3 hours, anything more will be wasted). Also other anti-oxidants.1500-3000MG of fish oil. (Lots of good omega3 fatty acids)Ip6 Rice Bran cleansing and fasting.I would also subject some natural antibiotics: Oil of Oregano(not the spice). And garlic extract. (Alicin)And if worst comes to worst, you know what? Conventional medicine may just save your life. While I honestly will not go to a doctor unless I'm about to be dead-- they specialize in saving lives. While I strongly believe in natural medicine for preventative purposes, conventional medicine has its place too.And let's not forget the Bible's instructions. Drink some red wine for the stomach, and go to the elders to be annointed with oil and prayer. And remember, all in all, we're all dieing. Jesus healed people, guess what? They still died. He raised lazarus from the dead-- lazarus still died. It's the result of sin. This dieing process is to bring us back to God. Everything is vanity! (Romans 8:19-22) (Ecclesiastes)And by the way, have you ever tried to crack open the shells of say-- a peach or nectarine? Those shells are THICK and STRONG. They are very, very difficult to open. I gotta wonder how and Adam and Eve popped those suckers open-- considering they didn't yet have tools. I think God made them so difficult to get to on purpose-- to keep us stupid humans from eating cyanide! And lastly, these seeds with laetrile in them taste horrid! I had a nectarine seed once, it was about the nastiest thing I've ever had in my life. It has the worst pucker, and it is just the gaggiest thing ever.Yeah, other good foods don't taste great either: brocoli, spinach... BUT, this is different. Those vegetables are an acquired taste. These seeds, they taste like poison. The worst after taste ever. To me, it just screams out: DO NOT EAT.

NAS Then God said, "Behold, I have given you every plant yielding seed that is on the surface of all the earth, and every tree which has fruit yielding seed; it shall be food for youNIV Then God said, "I give you every seed-bearing plant on the face of the whole earth and every tree that has fruit with seed in it. They will be yours for food."WEB Behold, I have given you every herb yielding seed, which is on the surface of all the earth, and every tree, which bears fruit yielding seed. It will be your food. Please explain.Ok, fair enough. I regret dissing the KJV. I was wrong about the KJV. I might have been thinking about a different translation. If my memory serves me correct, some translation that I read seemed to be implying that the seeds are for eating-- But I could be wrong. And looking at all these translations, including the KJV, I just do not see it implying we are to eat the seeds. It is saying that the fruit trees, which bear seed, are for eating. It's saying we are to eat the fruit (which has seeds in it).Bah... eat the seed if you want. I doubt it's going to kill you, but I just don't think that is what the Scripture is saying.

combat,Thanx for addressing the post. My wife and I are taking one of the supplements that Sardis recommends. There is also a supplement called Shaklee that a friend of my mine used to sell. He is now in the ministry full time, but still recommends the product for health maintenance. He says it is has a lot of legitimate endorsers.I would have to agree that we can go overboard with some of the tangents, but at the same time, I think it is good to spend a few study sessions on a particular subject so that we are not ignorant on a relevant topic. I will often think how a certain individual or organization perhaps goes too far into a particular subject, how they seem to be focusing on something that is not that important, but then I realize that someone like me has learned something in a few hours only because they have devoted their life to the study (Hovind, Chick, Missler, prophetic ministries, whoever etc). So I guess we will all find out in heaven if we spent too much time on rabbit trails. I guess the whole thing comes back to whether or not the subject takes us nearer to God, or distracts us from Him. I suppose we can make an snare and a trap of even the most legitimate ministry.I have come to this conclusion. If it is in the Bible, I want to know about it. Since there are quite a few verses on food, that makes me think God wants us to be familiar with it. But there are MANY more verses on sin, so we need to be focusing much more on repenting. Moreover there are thousands of verses about the LORD, leading me to believe that He is our ultimate focus. So I would say health and food is a legitimate study, but should be on a back burner in comparison to our devotion to God. If someone is called to a ministry on health, I would think this legitimate, as long as this individual realizes that this undertaking does not excuse them from spreading the gospel. I think Paul puts it best:1 Cor 1:17a "For Christ sent me not to baptize, but to preach the gospel"
