God created evil?

Well at least in America people still believe there is a hell? Not here in the Old Cold Finland! There are even books written(by priests!) that deny the existance of Hell! In my opinion, God Created a perfect world. In that world was the ability to turn from God's loving direction(love does'nt dictate, love leads). Evil started with the pride and rebellion of Lucifer. Freewill is what God created us all with. Ever sinned willfully? Who knows why Lucifer so rejected God, I can't believe it, but he did! God did not create Lucifer to rebel.
