Isn’t God’s word wonderful? We are so blessed to live in this country and to freely be able to read, and chew upon this heavenly manna. The more we read of his word, the hungrier we become. Do you know that God sees this hunger? He wakes you up in the midnight hour 1,2,3,4am in the morning, because he desires the talk to you and with you.Not too long ago, he woke me up at 3:00am, and I knew that I would stay up and not go back to sleep. I was excited because I knew that the next three hours would be his, with no interruptions. I began to worship him and then he began to show me the faces of the saints he wanted me to intercede for. I prayed for saints I had never prayed for before, and I knew for a fact they have prayed for me. I could not stop praying the more I prayed the more he would show me faces, pray for this person, now pray for that person and that person. I knew that I knew, that I knew this is what he has wanted of me.You may think well you are a Christian isn’t that what you are suppose to do? Yes! It is and I do, but it is different when you are woken up in the midnight hour. I normally get up at 4:00, 4:30am. But this day it was at 3:00.There is so much I would like to share with everyone, but I can only share what the Spirit of God would allow me to share, because of the different levels and the sensitivity of our walk with HIM.What does the word Obedience mean to you? It means (Submission, Surrender, Respect).Luke 6:47 – 48 – I will show you what everyone is like who comes to me and hears my words and obeys. That person is like a man building a house who dup deep and laid the foundation on rock. When the floods came, the water tried to wash the house away, but it could not shake it, because the house was built well. AmenJohn 15:10 -11 – I have obeyed my Fathers commands, and I remain in his love. In the same way, if you obey my commands, you will remain in my love. I have told you these things so that you can have the same joy I have and so that your joy will be fullest possible joy. (Apart from God, I can do nothing, I understand this well, but what I want is God)1 John 2:3-5 – We can be sure that we know God if we obey his commands. Anyone who say’s, “I know God”, but does not obey his God’s commands is a liar, and the truth is not in that person. But if someone obeys God’s teaching, then in that person God’s love has truly reached it’s goal. This is how we can be sure we are living in God:When reading his word is he not teaching us, are we not learning, Yes we are. And we desire to share with others all that we have learned so that they too may learn, grow and desire this hunger for his word. Do I know a lot of scriptures? No, I don’t at least not by chapter and verse, but his word is in my spirit and as I pray I draw from the living well that is inside of me. This well is inside of us all. The more we spend time in his word, his word is being deposited into our spirit, our well, our living well. And so I say to you,SPRING UP OH WELL,:-)God has been testing my obedience, my obedience to his word and what he has been speaking to me for awhile. I would come across a scripture, that I am not a liberty to share. Anyways every time I would be led to that scripture, I would close my bible, or flip the pages because that was not what I wanted to hear. It’s funny because we can be so silly sometimes to think that God in Heaven is not looking at us. I was afraid, I didn’t understand that I was being tested, it hurt me so much. I would cry to God because I could not understand. God has a way of getting our attention, in my situation he used someone very special to me, and that’s all it took and I obeyed. I’ve learned that we are his creation and his spirit knows no distance. He has created each and every one of us for a purpose, we are wonderfully made in his image. He loves us so much. I’ve learned to wait and listen to his small voice. Does this sound familiar? We must respect the work that God is doing in each and every one of us. God is in Control. We are all called to pray for one another, this was one of my first teachings.
