Yes, God is moving powerfully in China in spite of the state-sanctioned church. I would strongly encourage to view a video on the church in China. It was prayerfully put together over a three year period of time.

I believe it is refreshing to hear about what God has done (and is doing) in China. I often get very depressed over the state of the American church, but hearing this wonderful news brings great joy to me.

Yes, this is where you purchase the video or you can also do so via the China Soul website [url=www.chinasoul.org]China Soul[/url]. One of the families from our fellowship came over to watch and were all in tears. It's such a precious video and you can Jesus manifest himself in the lives of these dear saints.

It's not that they were anybody special but rather they were fully given over to Christ and the aroma of Jesus permeated through the screen. I've never seen anything quite like it, at least in terms of a video.

I would strongly encourage you to view it. The first one is my favorite because it talks about the great persecution that many of them suffered and how Jesus met them and carried.

Hi everyone. I too have been encouraged by hearing about the witness and testimony of believers from other parts of the world and I thank God for the privilege of reading and hearing of these things. I am encouraged and challenged again and again when I read the monthly newsletter from VOM and I'm glad when it comes in the mail!

What's more I have a better appreciation and sense of the global reality of the Christian witness in the earth and confidence that the 'church' is much larger than western Christendom.

It seems to me also, that, these nations which have reaped the harvest of western missionary efforts are now in a posistion to return to us the spiritual riches which our fathers bestowed upon them; we in turn, can share our natural treasures and there can be equality.

I am reminded of this portion of a verse too which says

I will move them to jealousy with those which are not a people

Peace be with you all in Messiah Jesus and thanks be to God for these testimonies in the earth!

Oh, please watch it! I have no other comments except to say to every christian to take 1h off and watch this video.
I believe many of your complaints will just gone away. And you will conclude that we as christians are so slobbery today. We should be ashamed.
Yes, there is a revival, not here, but there.
You can hear prayer, you can see real tears.
As Ravenhill says, when the church of Jesus Christ is prosperous, she never has revival. It's when she's poor. Prayer is the language of the poor.
