SUPPORT: Raising Bible College Support

I am giving opportunity for people at SermonIndex to help support and cover some or all the costs of myself (Greg Gordon) going to bible college. I will be able to cover some of the costs but will definetly need some help to continue to finish the 2 year associates of theology degree. I appreciate any help provided as I continue to work on SermonIndex full-time along side being a student.

I am attending Calvary Chapel Bible College: www.calvarychapelbiblecollege.com I will be at an extension campus just opening up here in Canada in BC, Kelowna. I am currently going to begin my third semester after this summer.

thank you for another brother that contributed to help support me to go to bible college. I will be in BC, Canada for this summer serving at a church. I will be at bible college for the next 4 months after and the $2800 will be for food and board.

I appreciate any help from the saints from SI. I do work on sermonindex fulltime and have been supported fulltime from this site for 3 years with some contractual computer work inbetween.

This website is obviously not a big ministry and has little overhead. the things the Lord has allowed to happen with a small amount is staggering. Prayerfully considering getting behind this ministry. This will enable me to work on the website fulltime as I take schooling in BC, Canada.

This is a tremendous opportunity for the SermonIndex community to support the Administrator (Greg). Greg has been working diligently for several years to maintain this wonderful resource. It has come at great personal cost -- including time, money and effort. Yet so many of us have reaped a great benefit through all of the vast resources available here free of charge.

Please prayerfully consider donating to this cause. If we all contributed even just a small amount, we could help relieve some of the concerns that Greg might be experiencing. As a fellow student, I know how every little bit counts!

Hello brothers and sisters in Christ...

It is exciting to watch Greg approach his goal for support. A couple of churches that I have attended have each taken up similar collections for hand-picked Bible school candidates. I was often perplexed by some of the young people that they chose. However, I don't know that I have ever seen a more appropriate candidate than our SermonIndex Administrator (Greg).

I bring this back to the forum because I know that Greg is often very slow to ask for such things. Right now, Greg is at 8% of his funding goal. With a little more help, we can help him close in on his goal for this much needed support.

Amen mike, there still is a need for me to run this website for the next 6 months fulltime and go to school, I appreciate the help so far, if anyone has any questions let me know, there have also been alot of costs with this ministry and new fees for the gospelcom membership, server renewals, etc. I am trusting in the Lord's provision but also making it known there is a need.

Yes, I will alternatively in British Columbia, Canada for the next year. I have finished 1 year of the schooling in California and now I am God willing going to finish the last year of the schooling in BC, Canada. It has been a great time in California but I do think for many reasons including financially it will be better to finish the school in Canada. I really do feel God's leading to be involved with this new school extension campus.

I would love to go back and visit all the brethren in California when God allows but for now I am very content to be in BC to do the Lord's will. I am still praying for the rest of the school fees to be payed, if someone had it on their heart.

I have many opportunities for ministry opening up in BC such as: Teaching, Faciliating pastors prayer meetings, Helping Administrate the school re: website, Helping with the Church A/V, etc.
