So many Christians that I know have turned to Christ because of the prayers of their mothers. What are your thoghts around this? Would the chances of being regenerated have been less, if that blessing was not upon them. Tell me of your own testimony.

Made mention of this in my own testimony, would have to dig up a link to it... But to the first part of the question, absolutely, am a case in point, an example of those prayers that are in no small part responsible for where I find myself today.
I Have no doubt that there is something special about a mothers prayers; My mom prayed faithfully for me for many years.
Take heart all you parents out there with children who are lost, keep praying in faith despite what your eyes may see.
