creating testimony tract

I need some help knowing how to create an effective testimony tract. I work at a Christian Liberal Arts college and God has placed me here for a reason. I want to create an effective gospel tract with my testimony to give to students as I meet them on campus.

Is there any good formats to use for how to create an effective testimony (outline), and a template that I could use for a gospel tract?
