Need Urgent Prayers - Preaching Tonight To Youth

Brothers and Sisters,

I am a college student and a nearby church has asked my to speak to their youth tonight after the friday night high school football game. I will be preaching a message entitled "The True and Living Jesus" that is a presentation of the true Gospel and a call to repentance.

I greatly desire and am thankful for any prayers for tonight. For me to have brokenness and for a life-changing move of God in the heart of the youth.

"Thy words were found,and I did eat them;and thy word was unto me the joy and rejoicing of mine heart:for I am called by thy name ,O Lord God of hosts".Jer.15:16
"Therefore,behold,I will this once cause them to know,I will cause them to know mine hand and my might;and they shall know that my name is The Lord".Jer.16:21

Well brothers and sisters, the truth was preached.

Before the meeting they were blasting loud worldly type music and everyone was playing games,xbox,and nintendo. I preached the message and it was pin drop silent and I am believing God that He will have mercy and use the message to bring some of those youth closer to Him.

It is really terrible how worldly and sensual our "youth groups" have become.

I am familiar with the church youth of today. Been there, done that. The world-fashioned music, the video games, the flesh, the stupid theme nights and pizza parties and stuperbowl parties and volleyball competitions for Jesus. What matters is that the unadulterated Word of God went forth tonight. Praise Him. May He continue to use you, break you, refine you, and mold you into the fearless Warrior He's called you to be!
