Double Posts..

There has been a problem with double posting, this can happen when there is a delay of response to the server when you are posting a reply or new thread. The best option is to wait and not to press the "submit" button again. If the page times out then close the browser and open a new window and try again.

It is good practice to save the text of your post before you press submit. ie: copy and paste and then press submit and if doesn't work then you can go and post again in a new window.
