i have just started the BA in theological studies and was wondering, does this site have a place where people can ether purchase or swap books with other christians.
it would be great if we had a swap-shop style thingy on here, although this would probably have to be onitored for books which are not classed as christian material or which may be theologically unsound.
any ideas for doing this would be welcome.

I was wondering the same thing. I have tons of books just sitting around waiting for someone to read them. I'd be interested in swapping some for others I'd like to read.

I think there are enough good used christian book ministries that we can get volumes from them for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend: www.dustandashes.com if you call him or email him about a specific author, volume or theme he will greatly help you. I have found some very old good volumes for a very good price with that brother.
Another good used christian book ministry is: www.rarechristianbooks.com he has been providing good old chrisitan volumes for many years, I have personally talked to the brother that runs this ministry and have gotten a few volumes from him. I highly recommend them also.
