Jesus believed the Bible was literal

D

It's clear in Mathew 19:4 that Jesus believed in the Gensis account of creation as literal. I don't think you have to believe that the Bible is literal to be saved, but I do believe that if you are saved for long you will come to know that it is infact very Literal and awesomly infoulable. If you have the witness of the Spirit then He should lead you to this truth. Seek Him and His guidance. Jesus said that the Spirit would lead us into all truth. Why trust the opinions of men.

If you have the witness of the Spirit then He should lead you to this truth. Seek Him and His guidance. Jesus said that the Spirit would lead us into all truth. Why trust the opinions of men. AMEN. It's very true that its the Spirit of God that leads into truth. And its the Spirit of God that men wrote the bible through.1 John 2:27 - As for you, the anointing you received from him remains in you, and you do not need anyone to teach you. But as his anointing teaches you about all things and as that anointing is real, not counterfeit-just as it has taught you, remain in him.
