Rev 22:17 And the Spirit and the bride say, Come.
I have my own interpretation of this that I believe God just suddenly gave me. I am interested what you guys think this verse is saying, so that I may further examine the passage and my take of it. All comments welcome.
Revelation 22:17 And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that heareth say, Come. And let him that is athirst come. And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely.
The Spirit and the bride are one. The Spirit is in the bride and the bride is by the Spirit. The only One that has the bride is Christ. This is the Christ and His bride. They are one and They together say come. They that come will receive salvation that is offered after the tribulation and live in the millennium on earth with the Lord as King on David's Throne.
The bride is already with the Lord by the Parousia, which for the dead in Christ and those that are left alive at His coming with a shout, meet the Lord in the Air and so shall we ever be with the Lord. Therefore comfort one another with these words.
The rest of this scripture deal with those that are out of the tribulation, the old testament saints and the 144,000 evangelists from the 12 tribes of Israel.

The ultimate cry of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit is the kingdom of God established in the fulfillment of times. Jesus talked in Matthew 25 of a cry heard at midnight. I believe as we grow closer to the midnight hour, the cry will be heard louder and louder.
That cry is the Holy Spirit stirring the bride for the coming of Jesus Christ. There is a groaning within God, within the bride, and creation itself for His coming.

Thank you for the clarification. I do wish my brain could keep up with my heart!
This is what I believe that this particular Scripture is saying; that not only do the saints long to be united with Christ in the marriage supper of the Lamb, but so does the Spirit.
I think that just as Christ yearned to be with the Father during Jesus' time on earth, in that He felt homesick and out of place, I think the same is true for the believer, but also the Holy Spirit. I think that the Spirit is yearning, and homesick to return home to be with Jesus. Jesus ascended, and the Holy Spirit descended.
So it makes since to me, in that we are partakers of the Holy Ghost, and that He lives in us (Christ in you, the hope of glory) that we that are alive, and the Spirit within us want Jesus to return, so both the Spirit (the Holy Ghost) and the bride (the church) say, come (come and take us home, Lord Jesus).
