Brothers and sisters,

I'd like to recommend this sermon by Brian Chesemore called "The Difference Mercy Makes". It is laden with spiritual gold; I've listened to it three times through so far and been still obtaining rich gleanings of spiritual life. The blackness of our tendency to make sinful judgments of others set against the contrast of the sweet mercy of God extended to ourselves is beautifully illustrated. The principles are simple, clear and practical. Through this message I have been made far more aware of my own sinful tendencies to act this way, especially in my thought life. Having the light on my inherited tendencies from Adam has been a great safeguard now to keep from moving that direction right at the root where it starts--in the thoughts. Anyway, it's a real blessing that I believe any believer could grow in grace from.

a good word worthy to being bumped , please take time to listen

This was about to slip to page 2 and thought it was good that you bumped it hmmhmm. I listened to it the day you bumped it.
Unforgiveness and ill feelings keep many from even posting. That shouldn't be. We're All being tested ~~[b]~~now[/b] for how we'll react to those who will really hate us in the 'world'.
Whether here, at home, at work or church - none of this should be.
If we need sometime alone, fine, as long as we're praying for those who we're not with and for GOD to change us first and have "HOPE" for 'everyone' because we need hope for ourselves as well. Mat 18:21 Then came Peter to Him, and said, Lord, how oft shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? till seven times?
Pray one for another, forgive one another, do unto others - considering ourselves -- these things have got to be the hardest work in the Kingdom. Pray for each other to be able to do this walk until He comes. Thank you for your prayers & for bumping this.

We just listened to this message. Although much more informal than I am used to, the speaker does a great job of dealing with this truth (after he gets started--the two intros are several minutes and not on topic). Even so, this message definitely pinpointed and spoke to a need in my life (not one I was unaware of). I recommend a listen if you have any tendency to ever be hasty in your judgment, harsh, unkind, uncharitable, angry, or the like. The speaker does a fine job of distinguishing righteous judgment (discernment) and sinful judgment, which the message spends most of its time on--identifying, revealing, and admonishing.
