Jacob Trait

I was recently told of a book that was helpful in breaking bondages the only problem is I did not catch the name of the book it was wrote years ago by Reese Howell it deals will haveing a Jacob trait could any one tell me what is this trait and possibly the name of this book I have looked every where I can not even find info on Reese Howell Any help will be a true blessing. I don't know the book but the author sounds as though it might have been
Rees Howells who founded the Bible College of Wales and whose biography was written by Norman Grubb. The biography is called "Rees Howells, Intercessor"
