New "Sign up" button

I just re-designed the "sign-up" button that appears below the login box on everypage. I hope this button is simplier and will allow for people to realize to signup to become a sermonindex member much easier, I am going to be going over the "registration page" and in the future adding a simple manual on how to use the features of the website. on this page: https://www.sermonindex.net/register.php
