My brother got saved yesterday!

sermonindex Dec 7, 2006

Y'all, I have some great news! My brother, who is a couple years older than me, has finally accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord. Not only that, but so has his wife.

My wife and I have been witnessing to them since we got saved in the early 90's. It's caused some strain at times, but it's paid off.

Please pray for these two now... babes in Christ. It's interesting now having my big brother asking me questions!

That is good news!

Luke 15 tells us there is joy in heaven over one sinner that repents, so I guess there having quite a time in heaven right now!

Just think, supposing Noah took other people on the ark, and not his own family?

We need to seek God for our families, and not lose heart.

God bless.

Well, if you ever get stuck the two of you can always ask 'the firstborn among many brethren.' ;-)

Blessings Krispy!

Praise God!

Now just make sure you give them an NLT to read through :-)

I'll just enroll them in some greek courses and let them read the Textus Receptus for themselves. LOL

Tell ya what tho, we're going to give them a set of Matthew Henry's Commentary for Christmas this year. I personally think that is a must for every Christian.
