John 3:13 And no man hath ascended up to heaven, but he that came down from heaven, even [b]the Son of man which is in heaven.
How was the Son of man in heaven? He was in the front of Nicodimus when Jesus told him this...
I guess this depends on what Greek translation you use.

There is also a textual problem in this verse. Some ancient manuscripts read “and no one has ever gone up to heaven except the one who came down from heaven, the Son of Man, who is in heaven.” JB, NEB, Mft, and Zür all accept the words “who is in heaven” as a part of the original text. NAB, however, places them in brackets, and Zür and NEB both have a footnote, indicating the absence of these words from some manuscripts. The other translations which include them give no note (except Segond). This phrase occurs in a few Greek manuscripts, in the Latin, and in a few Syriac versions. The textual evidence in its favour is weak and diverse. Yet the phrase is so difficult that it is hard to see why any manuscript would include it if it were not an original part of the text. The UBS Committee on the Greek text supports the shorter reading because of the strong manuscript evidence. They believe that the words “who is in heaven” were added later as a further Christological interpretation of this verse.

Ephesians 2:6 (NIV)
"6And God raised us up with Christ and seated us with him in the heavenly realms in Christ Jesus,"
:D He was in heaven. So are you, if you're saved. We are seated in heavenly places with Christ. We must learn that we are actually citizens of heaven living in a foreign land here on earth. Thats why Kingdom rules apply to us and earthly chains can't hold us back unless we let them. Jesus is King!

You can live in heavenly realms in Christ, but that doesn’t mean you are literally in heaven.
We must learn that we are actually citizens of heaven living in a foreign land here on earth.
You can be a citizen of heaven on earth; but do you think that you can be a citizen of heaven on earth and in heaven at the same time?
I have not heard any that teach you can be at differet places at the same time, but Christian Science.

I think perhaps you took what I said a bit to far? Obviously we arn't physically in heaven. The point of what I was getting at was that if you're a citizen in heaven, that is where you truly reside. Jesus obviously wasn't in heaven physically, but he was so aligned with the father that he may as well have been there. I am seated in heavenly places with Christ, that is what the scripture says. Obviously it dosn't mean I am sitting in heaven typing this right now. I guess I should have figured my entire post would be destroyed sentence by sentence here anyways :P

I understand what you are saying and would probably agree with your thoughts. I just don’t think John 3:13 tried to communicate all that you were saying. I guess I would agree with the USB Committee on this verse.

Who is our life? Who died for us? Who are we dead with? Have we been resurrected with Christ? Who's life are we Hid in? What are we to seek? Much, much more that just Positionally.
We are hid in God, in Christ Jesus by the Power of the Sealing of the Holy Spirit. Not what we are Positionally. Positionally makes us just a Christian on paper, or legally, a far Cry from what God intended by the death of His Son.
