Saints, I wanted to bless the forum with this hymn. Let's not bicker over Santa usurping Christ or anything else; let's just focus on our glorious heavenly Father. It is so sweet to wait on the Spirit of God, quietly, in prayer, softly. When he comes, light floods our spirits, and tears flood our eyes. Waiting on God is the most exquisite, I have discovered, when we wait before the open Word, pouring our lowly, thristy souls out to him in deep, surrendered humilty. O to obtain a greater fullness of the immortal, blessed God!
Immortal, invisible, God only wise,
In light inaccessible hid from our eyes,
Most blessèd, most glorious, the Ancient of Days,
