Paul Washer "Regeneration and Self-Denial"

I was listening to Paul Washer's sermon "Regeneration and Self-Denial." His question with the archangel and bacteria is right on. One of the things God has given me is a reverence for His holiness. I still struggle with understanding/comprehending it, but I love hearing about it, reading about it, and in the moments granted me, experiencing it. The fact that God is so OTHER escapes many of our thoughts.
So, I loved hearing Mr. Washer explain it the way he did.
The reason I'm posting: I am transcribing his section on holiness, and I can't make out something he says. I feel like I'm missing something important because it all but concludes his sentence. "Holiness is to be seperated unto God, to be immersed in God, to be passionate about God, to be wild about God, to think about God,_________, to be consumed by God" ?? (39 min into sermon)

I have listened to that section several times and cannot make out one of the words."to be God ______" Sorry. It sounds something like "thought". I only have a laptop, not very good sound quality. I hope someone can help you.

"To be God besought" But I guess that dosn't make sense does it?

I've been reading a book called [i]The Kneeling Christian[/i] by an anonymous author and wanted to share this qoute from it that I thought you would like after reading the above:

"We are told that Francis of Assisi would frequently spend an hour or two in prayer on top of Mount Averno[Italy], whilst the only word which escaped his lips would be 'God' repeated at intervals. He began with adoration - and often stopped there!"

I think it's "God besotted."

That is the word there "besought" no doubt about it. Love the 'old' language ...
