Revival in Missouri

I think I should report something very awesome that God is doing in Eugene, Missouri. (Eugene is 20 minutes south of Jefferson City,)At Cole County R5 High School, there is a move of God. there is no other explanation, and it is crystal clear that God is moving in Eugene. He is reviving hearts and drawing students closer to repentance. I am fortunate because, as a student, I can be a leader to the others. I thank God for this field at school. Praise God with me, and pray that He move all over. The end of all things is near.

This move is something that has slowly unfolded since this past September, the start of my senior year. It started with a personal revival in my heart that came from God's provision of Revival Hymn :-D and more importantly, God's grace in opening my eyes. I subscribed to Voice of the Martyrs, a VERY powerful magazine.It certainly puts things into perspective, in a country where the Body of Christ has prostituted itself to materialism, and draws closer to becoming secularized.(If I'm wrong, correct me, my heart is open.) God opened up my eyes and I take the stance of Paul, who said, "Woe to me if I do not preach the Gospel. (1 Corinthains 9:16) For me to tell somebody about Jesus is such a joy, and to explain my past and how it has been washed away and I am heavenbound, and tell someone they can know this saving grace personally is a privelege. I hope this post has not been me bragging on myself. I simply want to elaborate on all that God is doing. P.S. Sorry about my 2 previous posts, they're all in caps- and they seem, (to me) to ramble.God is good.

Praise God Chad! We are in Kansas City and God is beginning to move here also. I also heard God is stirring people in Arizona! Revival Hymn certainly is a heart stirring production! God ordained that song to sorely stir my friends also. I would be interested sometime to talk with you about what God is doing at your school. I thank God that there are youth that are hearing and heeding this call. REVIVAL FREQUENTLY has began with youth in my experience. OK, revival, should it happen immediately or Will God caress and slowly tear away the pretenses in our hearts? I don't want to get discouraged, By faith I see the victory ahead.And will my failures mess up what God is doing? It may seem like such a stupid question to some, but I need encouragement or rebuke, 1 of the 2, or both.Several people have expressed a dissatisfaction with their lives, to which I reply, "Good" (in gentle tones,) and direct them to Jesus.Feedback would be wonderful... :-? :-? Here's my two pennies.Revival is ultimately the work of God. Its forms and timing are all in the Lord's hand. So do not just look for increase in numbers or immediate results. Be faithful in whatever portion the Lord had allotted to you. Equip yourself with the Word; be deep in spiritual life.The Lord's purpose can never be frustrated. If we fail, the Lord will raise someone else up to fill the gap. However, it will be a great privilege to us to be a part of God's plan. That's what we should endeavour to be--a vessel useful in his hand.

Hey thanks, you guys. I hope I did not come off sounding like this was my thing. It's TOTALLY God's!! I was worried that I might lose the privelege of being a part of this. I want to serve Christ, my heart is there, on fire, but in one moment, one single moment, I turned my eyes from Christ and slipped. On another note, he has restored me, and I am back on track. Some practical advice from my own past failure. You don't have to answer this here, but to yourself: was it the sin that so easily besets you? If so you will want to lay aside the source of what keeps trapping you. For me this means only having access to a computer in a highly visable setting (and the like). In times of tiredness and weakness I become vulnerable to falling (as many do). If you keep doing what you are doing you will keep getting the same results. You may want to change the context of your life a little to help keep yourself in a place where God can use you. God Bless and be encouraged in the Lord!-Robert
