WRONG!!!
You need to read the Bible...
God changes his will according to what men do.

Welcome to SI Elda, I hope you will avail yourself of the goldmine in resources that can be found here.

I am not a moderator here but if I may humbly submit a request, please consider how you would respond to someone rushing into the room and saying "you're wrong, read your Bible!". Perhaps it might be more helpful to give a careful and prayerful response that thouroughly addresses the argument more so than the arguee (is that a word?).

Also, if you would, please give us the pleasure of an introduction of yourself.

One other thing, if you click on the reply button in a thread instead of starting a new thread then the continuity of a discussion may remain unbroken and all who read here can understand what you are referring to.

Again, welcome and God bless you.

In Christ,

Ron

Ok. I was stupid with this. I really wanted just to reply, not to make a new thread.

I don’t know english so good to be able to put into words, what I wanted to say. I thought, God may reveal to the hearts, what I mean with this
So, I believe that God has His will. But the men’s part is also very big. Do you know Mose asked God to change His will about that God wanted to destroy His people . And God did change His will. I do believe God may do the same thing for me.

About the introduction – I’m a stupid girl, you see. I do love God, but I do not know what to do with my life and how to live it. I’m praying and I'm crying for weeks and will rather die and go to hell if God doesn’t hear my pray or have another will... so I pray for my family and my friends to be saved and I just don’t want to admit, that they may not be called to salvation. That’s why I get angry.

Welcome Elda,

Not stupid, maybe it is Gods will to make a new thread. Trust in Him. He does hear our prayers and He will answer, be patient and wait on His mercy and His grace.
John 3:16
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

Acts 4:28
For to do whatsoever thy hand and thy counsel determined before to be done.

Romans 8:29-30
For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren. [30] Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified.

1 Cor. 2:7
But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom, which God ordained before the world unto our glory:

Ephes. 1:5
Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will,

Ephes. 1:11
In whom also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestinated according to the purpose of him who worketh all things after the counsel of his own will:

1 Tim. 2:4
Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.

2 Peter 3:9
The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

Rev. 22:17
And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that heareth say, Come. And let him that is athirst come. And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely.

You see, He has called all people and all are free to accept or reject the call.
Continue to pray and believe God and don't worry
Philip. 4:6-8
Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. [7] And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. [8] Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.

[b]Welcome: What is the name of the thread you wanted to reply to, Elda?

It would be nice to know where you are from. You said your English isn't so good, so I hope you will understand what I try to say.

From my short experience on this Forum you are safe here. Folk will disagree with you sometimes but will try to be nice about it, and will surely offer help and prayers for any problem.

I think I understand now why you want to believe that God can change.

But it isn't God who needs to change but how you see Him. He actually loves your family more than you do! Do you really think He doesn't want to save them, that they are "not called to salvation"? That is a lie of the devil! I'm not talking about doctrine - we can have different opinions about that - but I'm talking about how Satan has used what you have been told to tell you lies.

God is like a man who loves a girl very very much. The girl doesn't want Him, refuses to see him and sends away the presents he brings.

Does he force himself on her? That isn't love!

He has to do things so that she will begin to love him. He has to take things gently, and wait for her; maybe he even goes away for a time so that she will miss him and start to look for him.

He gives everything for her, but she's not interested. So he waits. He sends her gifts and messages how much he loves her. He hopes that soon she will think how much this man must love her and how ungrateful she is for his gifts, and her heart becomes soft towards him.

This is a picture, a parable, of how the Lord is to all of us, how He loves your family. A story like this is in the Song of Solomon chapter 5. May it speak to your heart.

You are finding it hard to believe in His love right now, but God doesn't need to change, he always loves us, even bad people who don't want Him. He hasn't rejected your family.

May He comfort your heart and give you peace, my Sister.

In Him

Jeannette
