Where are the Holy ones?

You know, as much as I enjoy discussing the scriptures with everyone on this sight, I am continually grieved in my Spirit.

Oh, the reason is simple enough, here we have more teaching, more learning, more knowledge, and yet we have no understanding of how things ought to be. I realize that there are men and women here who are praying for revival, and the Lord will honor that, and so do I.

[b]But where are the men and women who are causing revival?

Where are the ones who are holy?

Where are the ones who will bear down and fight against this world system, and this world order?

Where are the ones who when all the world is crying for peace and safety, will not answer that cry with it's satisfaction of peace and safety, but will counter it with a call for repentance?

Where are the Jeremiahs, who can see the coming judgment of God?[/b]

Oh I know, I'm far to zealous, and what have I ever done for God anyway? I speak as one who knows the truth, because the days are growing shorter. Time is running out, and I will probably receive more negative about this post than good. But I will warn everyone who reads this, that if they do not see the judgment coming, then they do not hear God's voice.

But that is not the truth, they have no discernment in this hour. I am talking about revelation, sons of Issichar to know the times and the seasons, and know what the church ought to do.[/i][/b]

Why do the sick inhabit our churches?

Why do churches allow such blatant violation of God's power?

The scripture says:

Oh, I know that there are some who believe, thank God for Reinhard Bonnke. [b]But people, I will tell you something, it only took a hundred and twenty Holy Spirit filled people to turn the world upside down.[/b] Right now we have supposedly what 100,000?! It's not true, they don't believe, and they are not filled with the Spirit that the Bible talks about.

If anyone is seeking to refute whether signs and wonders still happen, I will not argue the point. They do happen, I have seen them, God has performed them through me. And if you don't believe in them, it is obvious to me that you don't believe in God's power. [u]I would be sorry to see the man who has such a weak God.[/u]

I read this last night. It still lingers in my mind. The fact that my "christian" immediate family has a tuff time grasping being "slaves to righteousness" now that we are "freed from sin". And being looked at by them as foolish to even mention the word obedience. This may cause a work of God in there comfortable life of just having Jesus as an add-on.

The Lord is slowly changing this in my own life but there is a significant cost in following Jesus. It's costing me everything to follow Jesus. Holiness is not optional but it's a work of grace. We don't become holy by trying harder but there has to be real death to the self.

My personal reply to these questions of yours:

is that they are in the making. God is forming and shaping them behind the scenes and they will become visible in the near future. Our whole need is to make sure that we are pressing into becoming this ourselves. Are we causing revival? Are we holy? Etc. We can question where they are but the only person we have leverage over is ourselves. It only takes one to start a fire.

I have read a word recently on this forum about personal revival. That is what it is going to take. I personally have been going through the refiners fire and it hasn't been pleasant, but when He is finished I will be fit for the Master's use.

I would say to you do not be discouraged but prophecy to those dry bones, declare things that are not as though they were. If we say to this mountain be plucked up and cast into the sea and doubt not in our hearts that it will come to pass, we will have what we say. Know that God is able to do exceedingly abundantly more than we can ask or think.

The ones you seek are there. They are in a hidden place until God's timing. God's sons will be manifest in His time.

Again be encouraged.

Know that the judgements of God will only accelerate. There has been many fearful moments in prayer where God has revealed such things. People only refute such things, because they don't want to accept that which inevitable. Although they may preach or be very active in their church and or community. We see, but we don't see. We hear but we don't hear. Annoint our eyes with eyesalve and give us ears to hear the what the Spirit is saying. But know this, that God is raising up an army in the times of such ungoldy modern American christianity. A church within a church (he always has a remnant). Blessed is the man that answers the calling of the Lord. That wakes the man of God in the night to intercede in the Spirit and shows him the soon coming and present judgements of our Lord. What a fearful thing it is to understand the Holiness of God. Blessed is that man that lives in the light eternity. Knowing that one day we will stand before the King of Kings and Judge of Judges in the Courts of Courts. Burn for Christ and Christ Alone

There aren't any!

God is the only one who can send a revival.

If you mean, where are the men and women who are praying for revival, there are many.

They are not known to man in the popular sense, but they are known to God.

Luke 18v1 tells us to pray and not lose heart.

It's so easy to lose heart when you do not see things as you want them to be.

But God has told us in Matt 7v7 to ask, seek and knock.

If we are evil, and know how to give good gifts, will not our heavenly Father give us that which we ask for?

Psalm 27v13 says 'I would have lost heart, unless I had believed that I would see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living'.

We will see the goodness of the Lord, when, who knows, but we will.

Let's just ask.

All of us are feeling the anguish and pain of the latter days.

It hurts to know that in America so few take refuge in Jesus. Indeed, I think that for us here in America, it is the hardest place to submit to God, when we can apparently do so well in our own strength.

Perhaps there are no large revivals here as yet. I can imagine some huge ones after the Rapture, though. And, yes, I would prefer to reach many people now.

I was called only last year to write for those that won't go near a church. If I can sow a few seeds for others to water, or water seeds sown by others, I will be well content. If I can catch one soul for Jesus, I will be blessed beyond measure.

But elsewhere in the world where mankind is closer to the earth, living a simpler life, God has begun to pour out His Spirit, as prophesied. The prophecies of dreams and visions are happening. Underground churches are spreading under great oppression and tribulation.

When I feel the fear and anguish of the world situation come down on me, I simply repeat to myself that God had not given me a spirit of fear, but of strength, love, and a sound mind. And the fear lifts for a time. But it always comes back.

I've had to kill off watching even international news, and search the net instead for the news I have to have to watch the world situation. It helps a little. But mostly, knowing that however much we want something, like revival in America, God is the one in control.

We can pray. We can ask for it. But in the end, no matter our sorrow, it's in God's hands to grant our requests. As long as we all do what we can do in Christ, in His strength, not our own, we are doing what we are supposed to do.

Will we ever think it enough? Probably not. We want so much for people to be reached before it is too late. Recently, when I talk to God, I've asked Him about His pain. I have no doubt that much of what we are sensing is the agony out of which will rise His wrath.

The one thing we can do is to keep doing what we are doing, and pray for others to do the same, and for God to pour out His spirit here, in America, where it is so greatly needed. And we can pray for each other, as I will do for you.

Be comforted, and fret not. A great revival is in God's gift, not any one human's. And God remains in control.
