Two Questions

Ok, question number one is:

When I go to "view my account"

And then to "edit profile"

If I enter in a website in the website slot, it only saves it in my information until I log out of the website. Then when I get back on, it is no longer there. What am I doing wrong?

Second Question:

What are the rules about posting the address of another site on a post in a conversation. Like if someone asks for information about a topic, and you have a URL that has all the info, is it okay to post that?
