May God Give you the boldness and power to obey.
A year ago my brother, made a foolish choice. He had the choice to cover it up and say nothing. But He trun himself in and told them everything. In His eyes what he did wasn't that wrong, until he was told it was against the law. He was taken to jail five days ago. It was hard, but he knew he did the right thing. God works all things out for those who love Him. REjoice God is with you, He will not leave you.

I am praying my brother. You have thrown yourself at the mercy of The Judge of all mankind. He has shown you mercy through His Son. I am praying that this same mercy is poured into the heart of this merely human judge.

These are a bit out of context but I believe they are worth meditating on before going to court.

[color=990000]1 Cor 2:15 But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man.

1Cor 4:3-4 But with me it is a very small thing that I should be judged of you, or of man's judgment: yea, I judge not mine own self. For I know nothing by myself; yet am I not hereby justified: but he that judgeth me is the Lord.

Dear Craig,

I will be praying you don't have to go back, but if you do, may the Lord give you grace for the trial each day presents there. And, may you be a shining testimony of God's love to your fellows, who surely need to see the real thing in someone's life.

I hope you'll be able to let us know if you're going and for how long, and perhaps introduce your wife to this website, too?

Thank you again everyone for your prayers. I will introduce my wife to the site so that if I end up back in jail she may be able to post an adress to where I am at and the amount of time I will be there. I'm looking at another 6 months max right now but that could all change. Again thanks for your prayers.

Hi Craig...

Yes, please continue to keep us updated on your situation. We are praying for you. In a "worst case scenario," we could correspond via postal mail. However, we are praying for a "God's intervention scenario."

May the Lord lift up his countenance upon you and give you peace.

:-)

Thanx again for your prayers as you see I am free for the time being and go to court again on April 9th. By then it will be decided if I do time or not. The Lord did move in a marvelous way today in court other than my situation. My wife could not be in the court room because our 5 mon. old wasn't cooperating. So in the lobby she encounters a single mom she began to witness to and she came into the court room excitedly to grab me in order to pray for her, all in all the glory of the Lord was radient this day and was seen most gloriously through the tears of the repentant outside the courts of earthly judges!! Praise The Lord!!!

One thing never fails to bring the tears to my eyes. Someone coming to Jesus. Hallelujah! Praise the Lord! That is beyond awesome brother.

I am so relieved that for now you remain at home with your family. Please remind us again to pray as 4/9 approaches.

Blessings in Christ,

Doug

How marvelous! You and your wife were needed in Court that day.

We'll pray again as the day approaches - let us know.

May your load be lightened,
