I have a few different versions of bible software, but none with the amplified bible. Can anyone recommend a product, money not an issue, where it includes the amplified?
GOD Bless & Thanks

I love E-Sword. It allows you to view many different translations, many commentaries, selected works all for free. You can also buy the Amplified for $20.

It is very easy to use and a very powerful tool.

I have heard of esword but never tried it. I admit, I kind of lumped it in with the rest of the free software out there, thinking it might not be anything worthwhile, but now I will give it a try.
Thanks!

I think e-sword is one of the best out there. You can't beat the price.

I just downloaded it. When I open the bible , it shows numbers next to each word, I guess they are reference numbers. How do I turn them off?

You cannot turn that off. That is the King James Version (w/ Strong's). What you can do is go to the E-Sword website and download the King James Version without Strong's numbers or any other translation.

Those are Strongs numbers. You can't turn them off. If you want a text that does not have those numbers, you will have to download it from the site. You really won't get the full effect of the software until you download several "add-ons."

EDIT: Looks like Jay and I posted at the same time...

I have looked for and can't find the Amplified. Can you tell me where?

Since it's free software, here's my 2¢... I have both eSword (free) and another (expensive). Don't underate eSword! It's great! Admittedly not as complete as 'expensive', but it would take several lifetimes to go through the resources of either.

Save your money, or, better, give it to the poor. Let's see, $300 - 2¢. I just saved you $299.98 :-)

That is money well spent..or saved!

Downloads and under bibles the first bible is Amplified, but is locked. You can get key for 20$.

Here are some additional modules for e-sword.
Also there are tools for making your own modules.
I contacted once the maker of e-sword and he said that I can make my own module for e-sword, and he gave me the link of the yahoo group.
