Mark 4:34 "and He did not speak to them without a parable; but He was explaining everything privately to His own disciples".We can't use the excuse we don't understand the word etc. He promised in His word, Jeremiah 29:13 ‘You will seek Me and find Me when you search for Me with all your heart". I've been saying for about 2 years now that if the God of the universe desires to use me in some way or another, he will lay it on people's hearts to send for me... (in other words, I won't have to call or promote myself or my music - You know, the "God has my phone number" idea.) Well, this may seem silly to some, but I found this verse very encouraging in that respect:They said, "Cornelius, a centurion, a righteous and God-fearing man well spoken of by the entire nation of the Jews, was divinely directed by a holy angel to send for you to come to his house and hear a message from you."
