When did it come to the point that being a Christian meant only caring about two issues, abortion and homosexuality?
CNN has aired a special the other night called, "What is a Christian?"
I read the article today and it's pretty embarrasing on what "christians" have become in the worlds eyes.
I am fearful that the "new Christian" is going to follow hand in hand with Tony Campolo, Brian MacClaren, and Rob Bell....the "social gospel", which is as Paul wrote - that other gospel.

We must have been reading a different article than eachother, because I found myself agreeing with a lot he had to say.
On the surface, the article sounds good, but scrtinise it, like I did, and there is more to it than meets the eye.
First of all, he is married to an ordanined minister. Think of that what you will.
He is also looking for the big names in Christendom to get together and solve problems.
So truth no longer matters?
Let's agree to disagree, don't talk about our differences, let's just get the world sorted out.

No mention of prayer in the article. If there was I missed it.
Christians would not have an issue with sodomy and abortion if the world did not have an agenda for the said evils, which they are.
Still, it's just one article, and my two cents.
