AW Pink on the Isle of Lewis

AW Pink spent his last years 1940 to 1952 on the Isle of Lewis. I think the Hebrides revival started in 1949. Does anyone know if Pink ever made any comments on the revival?

I tried doing a google search but didn't find anything.
