Looking for ebook online "Church and Churches" by Vine

I've been looking for an ebook that I've been told was online--"Church and Churches" by W.E. Vine (same guy who wrote Vine's expository dictionary).

Did a search on amazon.com and it said the title was currently unavailable.

Found it! "The Church and The Churches" by William E. Vine. Great resource! I've only read a little, but great insight, logic and readability. I'm not sure of the copyrights on this. I would like to see this resource available on sermonindex.
