What does the word mean...when it says that we be contantly in prayer?

I believe it means to be constantly lifting our hearts up to God all day long. Including Him in everything.

It is like being in love, and really should be, that person is in your every thought. Every consideration is with them in mind. Longing for the moment to be together again.
