Just wanted to add a note that in the New Testament 2 Corinthians 3 there is the New Covenant. Ephesians also says that Gentiles are included in the Covenant(s) of promise. In Galatians, Paul says "That the promise of the Spirit may come on the Gentiles".
The New Heart is that Christ written in our Heart by the Holy Spirit, not the law of commandments under the old, as this Chapter is actually written to the Corinthians who were Gentiles. We are being changed from Glory to Glory by the Spirit of the Lord. :-)
