Biography of Duncan Campbell

I am looking for the book "Channel of Revival: a biography Duncan Campbell" but can't seem to find it since it is out of print. I found it online and ordered it but then received a notice that it was no longer available. Anyway, I was wondering if anyone here on SI could help me locate and obtain a copy of the book.

Oh how stupid of me! Yes I had known that they had it earlier but completely forgot about it because the internet filter here at my work place doesn't allow amazon.com. I think though that I can talk to the right people to get access somehow. Thank you for jogging my memory!
