Called, Appointed, Anointed, and Chosen!
1 Chron 16:22
22 Saying, Touch not mine anointed, and do my prophets no harm.
2 Chron 6:42
42 O LORD God, turn not away the face of thine anointed: remember the mercies of David thy servant.
Matt 20:16
16 So the last shall be first, and the first last: for many be called, but few chosen.
5 Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will,
Rev 17:14
14 These shall make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them: for he is Lord of lords, and King of kings: and they that are with him are called, and chosen, and faithful.

Were you called by the Master?
Are you clay in His hands? Are you ready to be molded and trained by Him?
Even if the cost is high?
Do you know that He loves you? Before the foundation of time God called you, and anointed you and chose you, and ordained you for such a time as this.
Eph 1:4-5
4 According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love:
Do you realize just how special you are, and how much you are loved by our Father? Do you realize how much Jesus loves you?
Do people laugh at you and call you down and try to hurt you because they don’t think you are worthy of that calling?
Do people try to steal away your dream, and vision and calling from God by discrediting you, and showing you to be weak and small in the eyes of the world?
I have good news for you then!
1 Cor 1:27
27 But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty;
God doesn’t call us because we are ready. He doesn’t call us because we are important or popular or gifted or intelligent.
God wants to train you up in HIS ways not the worlds ways. So He will sometimes call us and train us up in things we don’t have a understanding about. He may use you
In something you are not trained in either. In this way, He places HIS desires within you in that given area. You may not want to be a public speaker, but God might have other plans! He might use you to be an Evangelist, or Preacher! OR maybe even a Teacher of his Word. Even if those around you don’t have any faith in you or your abilities, GOD does have Faith in you! He is the one that Chose you and appointed you and so that is all that really truly matters.
John 15:16
16 Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you.
Same thing is if you ARE a good at public speaking, God might not use you there. Or if you are a gifted musician, God may or may not use you in that area. He has pre ordained the gifts in your life to be used for the Kingdom, and to the Glory of God.
Its entirely Gods decision where to use you.
But don’t let the worlds way of determining your worth, push you back, or keep you from going forward for God.
John 15:19
19 If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you.
We have to be careful not to allow people to tell you by their opinion, what they feel your gift or calling is, without seeking the Lord on the matter, and by looking at your weaknesses, as they see them, they don’t allow you to move forward in your calling.
Here is the other thing we have to be mindful of. If God has called you to something and you know it to be true, don’t walk away from it because of insecurity or fear or because you don’t think you can do what He has called you to. If God has called you, then He will equip you for that calling. If you walk away from what God has called you to, you open up the door through rebellion and disobedience to the devil to attack you. You give him the legal right to attack.
Its always good to get confirmation on anything the Lord is calling you to, because there are many people out there professing to be Prophets of God, who can be working for the enemy, and are angels of light sent to deceive. So be careful.
Matt 24:24
24 For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.
1 John 4:1
4:1 Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.
Always get confirmation. You will know very quickly if what the Lord wants you to do, is in fact from Him. He always confirms His word. Be mindful of the fruit of those that lead you.
Matt 7:17-21
17 Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit.
18 A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit.
19 Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire.
20 Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.
21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.
