Posting a reply

Ladies and Gentlemen:

Am having trouble understanding how to post a reply versus having to post a "new thread". I don't see a reply button, while I do see a "new thread" button. Can someone direct me? Don't see a FAQ section either or maybe I'm just getting old. Anyway help would be appreciated since I'm new here.

i do not know how to quote someone else to show what they wrote and then write my response..could you or anyone else help me out with that..
