Just a thought. I'm thinking of all the born again believers who are justified by faith and have joined the church of God but who do not grow spiritually as they normally should but remain babies. Those who drink only milk and are not spiritually enabled to eat the strong meat.Those who are not being continually sanctified by faith on daily bases.
How small should be the spiritual stature of our tribe? but how great is the 'countless' number of the dwarfs who are meant to be giants. Should this not make us angry & upset with ourselves, that we have compromised with our spiritual anemic condition.
We are rich in knowledge but poor in love.Weak in the spirit but strong in the flesh.Scripturally right but spiritually wrong.
Do we know our selves? Many of us have no insightful perception of our actual position and situation in our spiritual journey.Nursery is for a time but training of the inner man to be a worrior is indispensable for our spiritual progress in the kindgom of God.
God's promises are for us today as they were for our spiritual forfathers yesterday.Jesus the same today as he was yesterday, The Spirit power is still available today as it was yesterday. May God enable us to grow in grace and knowledge of Him, may His Spirit born in us holy desires to be more and more in the immage of Christ.May he increase our faith to meet the condition to receive enough grace each day to make us stronger.May his love burn in our soul as the fire of God burned in the bush, so we can be a spirit aflame.May His word fill our souls with food and be a light on our way to the heavenly city.
