Dear Brothers and Sisters,
"Why not rather be wronged?"
1 Corinthians 6:7
Before I proceed I want to clarify that I have been guilty of it myself, that is getting the last word.
There is one thing to want to make sure the truth is proclaimed, but at what cost? When the dialogue is reduced to personal attacks and just downright rudeness, things have gone too far.
"And if on some point you think differently, that too God will make clear to you."
Phillipians 3:15
We are all at different places in our sanctification, please bear with people who are immature in their faith or who may seem that way to you.
"Do not answer a fool according to his folly, or you will be like him yourself."
"Answer a fool according to his folly, or he will be wise in his own eyes."
Proverbs 26:4-5
Those two scriptures take much discernment, it seems as though they are contradictory. But I believe the Spirit will reveal when a brother will accept correction or not.
If we will admit it, we always know when are posts are of a right spirit.
In Love,
Murray
