Well, that term "little Christ " is not bad at all. The word Christian just means "Christ like". A person who adopted the name of his teacher. A person who has the same faith Christ had. Of one same mind.
being called a Christian has become so much of a pop culture name. Everyone claims to be a Christian. something like 80% claim to be. obviously we know that is not an accurate statistic.
I like the word disciple! I think we are disciples of Christ. I think a disciple can be someone different than a Christian. But I do consider myself to be a Christian, but more so a disciple.
People look at you funny if I'm a disciple of Jesus Christ.
