Men of Knowledge
"A man without knowledge is blinded and is in the dark" But Christ bring light
He gives us a new mind and new heart, there fore given knowledge of God
So a godly man is one who is taught by God?
"godly man knows Christ, and has confidnce he unchangeable or doubtful but has certanity in it"
A godly man has knowldge of Christ worth and see it....
" as if you should compare the shining of a glow worm with the sun" Can we compare the greatest of God to anything of this world?
"I will never forget thy percepts for with them thou hast quicken me"( 119:93)
" He not only shines by illimation but he burns by affection"
" I am like a deer that is struck with a dart, my soul lies bleeding, and nothing can cure me, but a sight of him whom my soul loves"
" So truly applying Christ is when we so take him as a husband that we give up ourslves to him as LORD"
So having knowledge of the Cross of Christ sweeps us off our feet?
True knowledge in Christ, gives true passion and love for our KIng?
Some men love knowledge in order to know more, others love to know more they might more deeper in knowing their God
So a man whom looks in the word to know and grow will indeed be changed?
" wounded man can look at a sugeon and not be healed"
so when we are with God can Hos glory shine on us?
"True Knowledge of God is like the light of the morning which incrses on the horizon till it comes to the full meridian"
so sweet is spiritual knowledge that the more a saint knows the more thirsty he is for more knowledge"
Oh that we would be those whom could say " That I may know HIm and power of his resurresction" phil 3:10
If hear his voice then we could follow
How then does one hear the voice of God?
and do know that it is Gods voice?
"The sleep follow his voice"
Is Knowledge accompied with obedience?
How does a man have wisdom in his steps?
" The knowledge of most people males them more cunning in sin these have little cause to glory in their knowledge"
" In the old world they knew there was an ark, but they drawned because they did not get in"
So knowledge that isn't applied is no good
How does one seek out truth in knowledge?
Many take Gods word and make there liking?
"there is seaching and digging to seek out knowledge of God God knowledge is the best knowledge, therefore what keep us from seeking sucjh things?"
How is one seen to be a person of knowledge?
How can you tell when a person is lead by the truth of Gods word and the spirit of God?
How do we seek counsel from Gods word and others?
How is God esteemed in our lives?
How often do we look into Gods word and are changed?
Can otehrs see Christ likness shining through us?
If so what do they see?
How do godly thrist for knowledge?
How do man of knowledge encourage others?
How do they apply the word of God to their lives?
How is it seem when wrong use of knowledge is used?
