Proverbs 3:5-6

Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.
In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.

I read this recently and have been pondering it.
Our understanding is good and is from the Lord.
Even so, we are not to trust in it, but only trust in the Lord Himself!

You see this all over Christian bookstores and greeting cards and computer wall-papers, but what an impact it really has if you don't read it like a bed time story.

Trust in the LORD with all thine heart.

Ever think you gotta look out for yourself?

Lean not on your thine own understanding.

Don't do it.

In ALL thy ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct thy paths.

Do you believe it? Do you believe He will direct your paths if you acknowledge Him, or do you believe He will disappear and leave you stranded.

"Since God alone knows the end from the begin-
ning, and since He has a plan and purpose for
every man; isn't it wise to seek His guidance
in making decisions important to our life??"

Hi Nile. Thank you for sharing this and for the encouragement and reminder to trust in the Lord.

Chris :-)
