Saints,

Sometimes are prone to get so focused on our personal problems or situations and lose the main meaning of the cross. Oh how this message displays and honors the true meaning of the cross of the Lord Jesus Christ. This generation of Christianity needs a re-adjustment to the glory, purposes, and laws of God. A care for His character, His desires, His wishes, His goals! May we become a God-centered people not a selfish man-centered church. What a great sermon, well worth a re-listen.

Yes, in many circles of evangelical Christianity today we have "dumbed" down the gospel so much that it is something that does not impact or change people. The gospel is God, it is everything, if you come into contact with God "everything" will be changed. The gospel "eclipses" our entire life's, it is worthy of giving all for. We do need to see the true gospel again.
