Some of our longer termed brethren will recall our brother who was part of the earlier days constitution here. I was saddened to hear the news and my heart sank ... The bittersweetness of it all. Roger was dear to me personally for some seemingly small things, a word of encouragement, certain things that he left pondering in my thoughts especially early on, challenging my notions and looking away from so much incessant navel gazing.
I have in my possession a small book that he wrote some years back and it is difficult to make mention of for he wanted it kept ... personal, not something he wanted shared, for his own reasons recall he was not very fond of it. It created a bit of tension in that I thought it was remarkable, a great deal of it shared experience in certain aspects. He spoke from a great deal of experience as, if I might term this rightly a 'former psychologist' as to the change in his understanding when the Spirit of the Lord came. A great deal more could be said, perhaps if the Lord wills may add some further things in the days ahead.
Pulled together some past postings and threads from our brother;
