We hear it everywhere–testimonies and teachings of DEFEAT
from “Christians”–conquered by sin again and again,
with no expectation of deliverance in this life...and yet they
expect to go to heaven when they die, despite of their sin,
believing that their standing is holy, though their state is sinful!
Now we understand that under the Old Testament covenant
souls could not experience spiritual regeneration, as “the
law made nothing perfect.” They continually had to bring
sacrifices for their sin. But in this New Testament covenant of
“glory that excelleth” how can it be that professing Christians
(of all people!) are proclaiming that the gospel can make
nothing perfect either?!
Oh, souls! Wake up and shake yourselves from this
DECEPTION! It will lead you to hell! Christians DO NOT
SIN! Woe to the tens of thousands of “preachers” that propagate
the fatal poison of this heretical sinning religion to the
multitudes! They are guilty of mass murder.
It was sin that separated the first man from God and be
assured, sin will still separate you from God today. A religious
profession means nothing if you yet sin. It is a reproach to the
name of the One who died to take away the sin of the world.
Souls, don’t settle for this ungospel! And by no means be
found defending it! The true gospel of the Son of God offers
something far superior than what is being passed off as
Christianity today. Most professors of religion will say, “I am
forgiven,” but cannot say, “I am delivered!” Tragically for
them, such religion is vain.
Adam Clarke urged, “Reader, do not plead for Baal. Try,
fully try, the efficacy of the blood of the covenant, and be not
content with less salvation than God has provided for thee.
Thou art not straitened in God, be not straitened in thy own
bowels.”
Jesus marveled at the unbelief of the Jews (Mk. 6:6), and
surely He is marveling at the unbelief of those who claim His
name today, yet deny His power to deliver us from all sin.
The apostle Paul emphatically prohibited sin. Malcolm
Lavender stated, “The church...must come to share the same
conviction about sin as did St. Paul and first century Christians.
Otherwise, it will never deliver the message to its generation
that saves from the wrath to come. For this is the only message
that is consistent with the voice of divine inspiration!” Amen!

So how are you doing in this?

Isn't it interesting that Paul never told the man who was committing incest that he was lost? but rather instructed his removal from the Church in Corinth so that satan could buffet his flesh. Then in the second Epistle to the Corinthians, Paul exhorts them to welcome him back in.

This pull yourself up by your bootstraps ideology will lead you down one of two paths-
1)Pharisaism because no one else is as holy or spiritual as you are, or
2)Utter despair because you cannot live what you think God requires.

The just shall live by faith alone. If one mixes the Law and the Gospel, they are doomed to despair, and sadly this is all we hear in our days, "you can" "you should" "you better". but the point is that "I cannot" and I need another to do it for me. Someone outside of me who brings His perfect obedience to my account and says, "It is finished".

I have been down this road, and ended up at both destinations- Pharisee and despair. Now praise God, I have Christ, and he is a million times better than my own righteousness, which is nothing more than filthy rags.

Look to Christ alone, and He will save, you can't live a sinless life here on Earth, else there would be no need for a sinless Saviour.

And no I am not encouraging sin, as the truly regenerated heart will be more sensitive and grieved by the sin that remains within than any thing it felt prior. But there is always the assurance of acceptance because of Christ, and we can come boldly to the throne of grace and receive mercy in the time of need.

But to say Christians dont sin is wrong theology.

Anyone who says Christians dont sin have never been a part of a church.

Why is there such a push for this bad theology on this forum lately?

I love you Brother and Friend. I can give you scripture if you are willing to talk in a brotherly love for each other. I do not blame you for what you said. Who am I to Judge anybody. But I can say in the Love of God that you are mistaken. And I say this not of myself, but of God, because it is found in Scripture.

1) The purpose of Jesus’ coming was to
redeem us from all iniquity
Matt. 1:21 “And she shall bring forth a

2) Those who have been saved from
their sins need not continue to sin and
repent

24) Salvation brings a heart perfection
that was unattainable under the Old

25) Those who love God keep His commandments

I do admit that it is rather lenghty, but in it is found the reason why I know that Christians do not commit sin.

Brother, belive it or not sinig and not sining is what makes the diference between Knowing God and not Knowing God. Brother if what you are saying is true then Christians have a licence to sin and siners do not. If what you are seying is true then Christ has no power what so ever to free from the bondage of sin. If what you are saying is true then The Bible is wrong.

Brother, If what you are saying is true then I am still a siner and thus I will go to Hell.
If what you say is right then God is a lier and an Unjust God.

If what you say is right then we are all going to Hell.

Brother, according to the Bible what is necesary to enter into Hell?

Christ's righteousness put to our account is why we get into Heaven, and not our own.

Those who believe, are justified once and for all. The process of sanctification is ongoing until we reach Heaven. It sounds to me that you believe that sanctification and justification are linked together, and must be kept by the individual. But brother this is the fatal error of Roman Catholicism, and the other semi-Pelagian groups who do not understand the difference between justification and sanctification.

Brothers: You are found trying to defend sin in your lives. Will one verse given by scripture be not right against your professions. Why are you then proving this wrong.

Psalm 19:12,13

The psalmist asked God to forgive his hidden faults. Were his faults hidden from God or from himself? Surely God knows about all of a mans faults, but many times our faults remain hidden to ourselves.

There is an article in the text sermons by Charles Finney called "Breaking Up The Fallow Ground". If you can read that and still believe you have attained sinless perfection then I don't know what else to say.

Remember there are sins of commission and sins of omission. The article shines a greater light on these things. God bless you Sammy as you serve the Lord. I am glad to hear you are not satisfied with a lukewarm Christianity.

You are right... We are all going to Hell. Only through the grace of the Lord are we purified.

God does has the ability to do what ever He wants. If He wanted to make us all not sin, we wouldn't. But then truly, Jesus' death on the cross would be meaningless.

If someone says that he does not sin, then they are guilty of sin. 1 John 1:10 "If we say that we have not sinned, we make Him a liar, and His word is not in us."

Remember, John is writing to believers... Christians, not the unsaved.
