What will the awful verdict be?
You now are choosing hell or heaven,
Preparing for eternity.
Soon life with all its fleeting pleasures,
Which hold you bound shall be no more.

What hath eternity in store?
The hand of God, in mercy proffered,
Extends salvation full and free.
Awake, poor soul, while time is offered!
Get ready for eternity.

Our time to be prepared is waning,
Eternity is very near.

Soon from life you’ll pass away.
We are going to the Judgment,
