what happened to ken hoven and how is he

where the hec is he at does anybody know what happened to him?

Last I heard (three weeks ago) is that he has been found guilty of tax evasion and sentenced to ten years in prison. His blog, [url=http://www.cseblogs.com/]CSEBlog[/url] , is an interesting read from his perspective.

in the blog he's basically talking to himself when he answers for the Lord right?

This is a regular style of devotional journaling for Kent. He's inferring the responses of the Lord, based on his understanding of scripture. Kent is not suggesting that the Lord actually speaks these words to his conscience with a literal voice, though Kent considers their basic meaning to be true to the Lord's leading in his conscience.
