CANTON: From a prayer chamber, Day 03

Dear Friends and Intercessors,
As we open up our computers and the door to our prayer room for another 18-hour session for the conference, we can not but rejoice over the many things which have been brought to us through the speakers.
Pastor Conlon had us on our knees as he had most of the audience after just a short but intense sermon. A proper demonstration of things talked about.
Pray, to begin with, for sharp minds, open hearts and a willing spirit to be able to handle the day with its many opportunities for a preparing for revival.

Revival
A gathering of men, a company of committed, engaged in a priestly effort for reconciliation demonstrated.
A breaking of the isolationism, the pride, of the tendencies for self-aggrandizement for the sake of an altogether different kingdom demonstrated.
For this we pray.

Revival
The matter of priestliness brought forth among the people of God.
The priestly mind understands controversy and is able to handle spiritual means of conflict solving.
The priestly mind – ability to listen.
The priestly mind – ability to reconcile.
The priestly mind – ability to suffer.

Revival
The most valued ministry.
The most effective ministry.
Ministry supported and sustained by Heaven itself.
- The ministry of fellowshipping.

Revival begins in prayer, in a cry for the breaking of strongholds.
Revival generates prayer.
Revival gives birth to intercessors.
Revival sustains the intercessor. It feeds the prayer life. It feeds fellowship.
For this process we pray.

Revival
The impact of Christ.
A purposeful, forceful, fearless praying for the Kingdom to come, as is the rule of Heave – so on Earth.

Sit in silence under the Word

Do we regard the our Lord and Savour as a fixer at the end of the race,
Or is he allowed by us to be our present sanctifier.

Pray hard regarding a proper discerning of the times.
We can not go on with what we have.
Pray forth a pressing on unto perfection.
Pressing on in depressing ties brings life.

Revival
The existence, the presence of a priestly people is in itself a promise of something other, something in the mind of the Lord for the future.

Revival
A line of demarcation drawn and established between the Church and the world.

Revival
Establishes a “Thinking the Cross”.
It is a priestly thinking.
An antithetical thinking.
A dividing between the Holy and the profane.

Revival
Rooted or uprooted.
Fruit-bearing or futility

Revival opens for the ministry of a quiet life.
Revival restores a gentle people.

God needs your agony – someone in the gap

We have lost our understanding of the majesty of God.
Reverence, worship in the sense of utter dependency and obedience are lost to the modern Christian.
Pray for a returning to reality.

A recovering of the trembling before His Word.
A returning to The Word of God as the absolute standard for godly living.

Revival
A praying forth of the immediate, living and active righteousness of God.
