I have been listening to these and have been encouraging me.
When I was younger I have always wondered what is a revivial? What would happen if I missed? How would I know if I was in it?
When I was 14 I started studying people like Jon Edward and others.
It was such a fantastic sermon that carter conlon spoke.
Let us have our own revival!! in our hearts!!
I am a mess and I need Jesus!

I've only read about a volume of Wesley's journal (though I have read a highly abridged version). I find it very fascinating. It's really interesting to see the struggle he had in coming to a saving faith in Christ.

I've found Wesley's journals to be a blessing. Though I am contrary to some of his theological beliefs (I'm a Calvinist), he was still a man mightily used of God. :-D

I know you haven't asked for my oppinion but you should burn John Wesley's journal.

How I have been mightly blessed by reading these threads on Sermon Index however this comment grieves me to the heart. As someone who lives in a part of the world that to this day still has the marks of the impact of John Wesley's ministry this comment makes me so sad. Friend, when you have rocked the world for Jesus Christ as John Wesley did then maybe you will have the right to comment on others ministries.

John Wesleys work should be read by every christian, I agree on what others have said before me, John Wesley was probably one of the Holiest men to ever live outside the men we read of in scripture.
