Hi Jordan and reformer,
Abe Juliot has just posted a whole other booklet with relevant guidance and thoughts, in this thread. It looks good: HOW TO READ YOUR BIBLE

Wouldn't it be wonderful to take a year off to get away from everything and just study and pray?
I would give all I own for that opportunity!
I like living very simply. Truly I do. I've said for many years that all a person really needs in this world is a Bible and their own pillow. The Bible, because it truly is enough to get us through anything. The pillow because no matter what you're going through, it makes it a little bit easier when you can sleep on your own pillow. :-) But, I have to say, as of this month, I'm truly grateful for computers! To be able to listen to great Bible teachers from a hundred plus years ago is a miraculous blessing!
Well, at least I can cross one of those links off my list! I finished listening to [i]Sinners in the Hands of an Angry God
:::sigh::: Make that a two year vacation that I'll need!
My life has been nothing but work and the Word. Work and the Word, for the last 10 days. My goodness, has it really only been 10 days? My world has been turned upside down! (To find out how, read my response to Roniya in the Welcome Forum. She asked how I was doing! I'll be she regrets asking after reading the answer!
Thanks for the links. I'll add them to my ever-growing list!
