Yes, if only for the good of the children.
Ephesians 6:1-3

1Children, obey your parents in the Lord: for this is right.

2Honour thy father and mother; which is the first commandment with promise;

3That it may be well with thee, and thou mayest live long on the earth.

In Jesus' parable of the prodigal son, the father didn't let his son have free will until he was old enough to venture out on his own. Your children are in your care for better or worse, bring them up to respect the church and respect the bible. If you faithfully train your children in the ways of faith, God is often pleased to work a miracle in their hearts.

More importantly though, is not whether they go to church, but have you made your home a house of God! Do you have family bible reading and study, family bible memorization, family prayer. These things are more important than how frequently your children attend church.

If you children don't see you living for God at home, it won't matter how many times they go to church, you need to witness to them with your life.
