“Will I Find Faith?”

Luke 18:7-9
7And shall not God avenge his own elect, which cry day and night unto him, though he bear long with them?

8I tell you that he will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless when the Son of man cometh, shall he find faith on the earth?

9And he spake this parable unto certain which trusted in themselves that they were righteous, and despised others:

…”Shall not God avenge His own elect, which cry day and night unto Him?” God sees your tears and he will “avenge you speedily.” This is a promise to you and a warning to those who mistreat you and despitefully use you and persecute you. This is what you should not lose faith in: KNOWING THE HEART OF YOUR FATHER. Take heart if this is you.

It doesn’t matter if you are mistreated by other professing Christians or the world, not one tear you shed falls to the ground without your heavenly Father knowing it.

Have faith in God obey Him and He will reward you. Don’t lose heart or faint in well doing.

I think your verses above really do show that it [i]is[/i] all a 'Faith' Walk - so He gets all the Glory.

This was actually the first time I ever read those two verses together and understood them. I had been going through some stuff and God was showing me this is something that is going on now in the church. I've experienced it more than ever lately and have witnessed it.

His word to me was that christians need to know the heart of God. When we do not know the heart of God we fall into all kinds of error and lose faith.Some may even fall away because they lose the heart of God and fall into the condemnation of the devil.

Faith starts with nothing ends with something.

Seems to be a tug of war between the Balaams and the Pharisees and those others, just sitting with Jesus - watching them all sweat.
