Whats playing on your iPod...

sermonindex Nov 28, 2007

... or computer, home stereo, car CD player?

I ask this because you may be listening to something that might grab my attention and enlighten others as well. I've latched onto a lot of good sermons on here based on other folks' recommendations.

On mine:

Jonathon Edwards: (audio book) Religious Affections

Chuck Smith teaching Galations

Keith Green... of course.

The Darrell Mansfield Band

Thats about it. Anyone else?

Good morning KrispyKrittr

Good ol Southern Gospel music.

I have managed to record nearly every record, tape and cd I own on to my iPod and I bought a case at Wall-ly World that has speakers so I can listen without earphones.

I love it

Yea, little too early for Christmas music for me. I start getting into it in the middle of December.

I actually started listening to Christmas music in October... ;-)

Last year I bought two Christmas CD's by the Brian Setzer Orchestra... wow. I could listen to those any time of the year. Especially their swing band version of the Nutcracker Suite.

My favorite Christmas song is "It's about the Cross" by Go Fish. I love it. I could listen to that one over and over all year long.

I was just listening to that song on the way home from work last night. Had to replay it a few times.

His most "popular" CD is his "Faith" CD. Every song on here is a keeper.

Jason Upton's CD's, in my opinion, are worth the money to purchase. Nothing like sitting down, opening the bible and listening to some Godly music. In my opinion, Upton is in this category.

There are 4 Art Katz sermons that stay on my mp3 player. They are:
A Call To Apostolicity
The Fire of God
Sons and Daughters of God
& The Spirit of Truth

These are mainstays!

As for music, I love a cd called Glory Revealed:The Word of God In Worship by Various Artists. This music is the bomb-diggity! I listen to it all the time. Love, Dian.

Well,

I'll be getting my MP3 player for Christmas, but I've already put a Keith Green sermon on it, Travis Cottrell's "Found" CD, and Steve Green's "Woven in Time" CD. I had to try it out before Christmas (shame on me ;-) ).

As for my computer, lots of Christmas and Southern Gospel music.

I like to start practicing Christmas music in August. I start listening to it in late August/early October... it's so good. :-D

Hmm...Keith Daniel is my favorite "sermonizer" right now with an occasional Michael Brown or Paul Washer.

My hubby has been listening to Harold Vaughn on his MP3 player, but usually no music…for shame!

As far as music goes I have been enjoying Mark Schultz and Marshall Hall. Maybe a little Ernie Haase & Signature Sound when I just want something fun.
